• Does ProCook offer free delivery?
• Yes, your order is eligible for free standard delivery when you spend over £60. This will be automatically applied to your order when you spend over this amount.
• When is the next ProCook sale?
• You can find sales at ProCook during key sales dates such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, January Sales, and summer. In previous sales, we have seen discounts of up to 30% off. Outside of these sales, you can still save in the Sales & Offers section.
• Can I claim a ProCook NHS discount?
• Yes, Procook has offered an NHS discount code in the past. Whilst it’s not available right now, you can still reduce the cost of your next purchase with our Procook discount codes and deals.
• Do all ProCook items come with a warranty?
• You’ll be happy to hear that all ProCook items come with a minimum guarantee of 12 months. This can be upped to 25 years should you choose.
• What is the ProCook returns policy?
• If you’d like to return your purchase, ProCook gives you up to 30 days from the purchase date to send your item back. All returned items must be in a resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. Note: using a drop-off point will incur a cost of £3.95 or £6.95 to be collected from your home.
